Unpacked. Organized. Settled.

English-first home organizing for Munich's international community — from moving boxes to wardrobes that make sense, by an organizer who has moved across an ocean herself.

Moving abroad is hard enough. Your home shouldn't be.

New city, new language, new bureaucracy — and forty boxes in the hallway. Settled turns the one thing you can control into the place that recharges you for everything else: a home with room for the life you moved here for.

Judgment-free Systems that stick English-first

What we do

Three ways to get settled

01 A bright Munich Altbau room with a neat stack of moving boxes

The Move-In

Just arrived? We unpack, place, and organize your new home in days, not months — kitchen cooking, wardrobe wearable, boxes gone. The soft landing every relocation deserves.

from €600 / day
02 An organized drawer with file-folded clothes

The Reset

One space, transformed in a four-hour session: the wardrobe, the kitchen, the kids' room, the home office, the cellar. Declutter, decide, and build a system you can actually keep.

€320 / session
03 A serene organized living room with a pine green sofa and oak shelving

The Whole Home

Room by room, over several sessions, until the whole apartment works. Includes donation runs, product recommendations, and a follow-up call once you've lived in it a while.

from €880
Step 1

We talk

A free 30-minute call — in English, German, or a mix. You show us the space (video is fine), we listen, and you get an honest plan and a fixed quote. No obligation.

Step 2

We work

Side by side or done-for-you — you decide every keep-or-go, we handle the sorting, systems, and labels. Donations and disposal are taken care of, not left in your hallway.

Step 3

You're settled

Everything has a place your whole household can maintain. A few weeks later we check in — and tweak anything that isn't sticking, so the calm survives real life.

About

Hi, I'm Kasia.

For years I was a team lead at UpTown Concierge in Atlanta — walking into beautiful, overwhelmed homes and leaving them calm, labeled, and livable. I've organized everything from single drawers to entire houses mid-renovation, and I learned the trade the honest way: on my knees in other people's closets.

Then I became my own client. A transatlantic move, a Munich apartment, a wall of boxes, and a language I was still learning. That's when it clicked: Munich's international community deserves an organizer who gets both — the craft of a well-run home, and the specific chaos of building one in a country that's still new to you.

I work in English, happily in German too, and always without judgment. There is no mess I haven't seen.

Questions

Asked & answered

Do you work in English? +

Yes — English is our first language and the language of most of our clients. Sessions auf Deutsch are absolutely possible too (Ordnung is a universal language), and all quotes and invoices come bilingual on request.

Will you make me throw things away? +

Never. Every keep-or-go decision is yours — our job is to make those decisions easy, then build a home for everything you keep. We're organizers, not minimalism police.

Do I need to tidy up before you come? +

Please don't! Seeing how your home really works is exactly what makes the plan good. We've seen everything, and we arrive without judgment — truly.

We're moving to Munich. How early should we book? +

Ideally 2–3 weeks before your moving date, so we can plan the Move-In Day for right after your boxes arrive. Short-notice? Ask anyway — we keep some flexibility for exactly this.

Is it really tax-deductible? +

For most households, yes: organizing work in your home counts as a haushaltsnahe Dienstleistung, so 20% of labor costs (up to €4,000/year across all such services) can typically be credited on your German tax return. Pay by bank transfer and keep our invoice — we'll remind you.

Which areas do you cover? +

All of Munich at no travel cost — we're based in Bogenhausen. Surrounding areas (Grünwald, Pullach, Vaterstetten, Starnberg…) are welcome too, with a small per-kilometer travel fee.

Ready to feel at home?

Tell us about your space — two sentences and a phone photo are plenty. You'll hear back within one business day with honest advice and a clear quote.
